CPL Aaron Matthew Faust was a dedicated Marine, loving son and devout Christian. He grew up in a family atmosphere that nurtured life’s positive values, and he conducted himself with dignity, valor, and spirit.
Aaron graduated from Louisville’s DeSales High School in 2007, and joined the Marine Corps the following November. After serving in Japan, he was promoted to corporal in August of 2010. Aaron had just reenlisted for another four year tour of duty in March 2013, and was reassigned as a clerical specialist.
Aaron was no stranger to the importance of the work of the local chapter of the VFW to which both Mr. and Mrs. Faust devote themselves to service in the Okolona VFW and it’s Ladies Auxiliary. The Faust family clearly understands and practices the meaning of the words: duty, honor, and country.
