Chief Warrant Officer 5 Jamie D. Weeks of Daleville, AL was born March, 13, 1959 in Nurnburg, West Germany, where his father was stationed with the U.S. Army. He graduated from SHAPE American High School Class of 1977. CW5 Weeks enlisted in the Army in 1980.

He completed his Associates Degree in Professional Aeronautics from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University in 2005.

Jamie was a 26 year military veteran, a helicopter pilot who tested and modified aircraft. He was also an instructor.

Weeks served in Korea, deployed to Operation Desert Shield/Storm, is an Instructor Pilot, served with the 160th SOAR, deployed to Haiti. Since 2001 he deployed multiple rotations in support of Operation Enduring and Iraqi Freedom. CW5 Weeks is a highly decorated soldier.

CW5 Weeks is survived by his wife,4 daughters, his brother, Army LTCOL Joel Weeks, and sister Brenda Parks.

Chief Warrant Officer Five Weeks’ distinctive accomplishments are in keeping with the finest traditions of military service and reflect great credit upon himself and the United States Army.
