Bryan S Wilson

Marine Corporal Bryan Wilson was killed December 1, 2004 in a non-hostile vehicle accident in Anbar province, Iraq. He was assigned to 2nd Battalion, 11th Marine Regiment, 1st Marine Division, I Marine Expeditionary Force, Camp Pendleton, California. He was twenty-two years old.

Bryan Wilson was from Otterbein, Indiana. He grew up in Benton County, Indiana. He joined the Marine Corps in August 2001, just two months after graduating from Seeger Memorial High School about 30 miles west of Lafayette. He knew when he graduated that wanted be go into the military. Bryan had been an Eagle Scout and took pride in that significant accomplishment. He was also active in football, wrestling, cross country track and Future Farmers of America. He very much enjoyed the outdoors and loved to hunt deer.

Bryan was married to Samantha. Their daughter Breanne was twenty months old when Bryan died.
