Major Jarosław POSADZY Served in the 25th Air Cavalry Brigade. On July 7, 2007, he began serving as part of the IX Change of the Polish Military Contingent in Iraq, where he served as Chief of Staff of the Independent Air Assault Squadron. He died on July 17, 2007 at a base in Diwaniya, as a result of a heart attack. Gen. Dyw Pawel Lamla, commander of the Multinational Division Center South, decorated posthumously the deceased MND CS Medal officer.
