Joshua A Molina

HOUSTON, TX, USA U.S. Army CPL, TROOP C, 1ST SQUADRON, 2D CAVALRY, VILSECK, GERMANY BAGHDAD, IRAQ 03/27/2008

Joshua Alexander Molina was a 2005 Elsik High School graduate and was assigned to Vilseck, Germany. He and his sister, were sports nuts and used to play pick-up basketball and watch football games together, sometimes betting on them for fun.

He was remembered as the man who liked to have fun and as someone who was always smiling. His family said he wanted to be in the military since he was a child. Josh was a great story teller. His stories would take five to 10 minutes to reach a punch line friends said of the 20 year old from Houston. Since he was a little kid he liked to play war and guns and would just play around. He loved the military, especially the U.S. Army

Josh never planned to make the Army a career. He wanted to enroll in college in 2009. Someday, he told his family, he would like to work as a Border Patrol or FBI agent. He was a good kid and doing what he wanted to do, at least he accomplished one of his dreams. And he paid the ultimate price.

Josh is also survived by his parents, Josue and Maria, sister Paula Fredrickson, Brother Manuel.
