Tyler Peterson, age 23 of New Berlin, Wisconsin died unexpectedly Tuesday, November 25, 2008. He is survived by his parents, Donald and Mary (nee Loche), as well as his brother Adam (fiancee Rhae Schneider) Majerowski of Denver, Colorado. Maternal grandparents Robert and Delores Loche (nee Noe) and preceded in death by paternal grandmother Betty Passon (nee Shafer). He will be further remembered and dearly missed by the rest of his family and friends too numerous to mention.

Tyler graduated from New Berlin Eisenhower High School in 2003, and from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse with honors as a BS degree in Political Science major and Military Science minor in 2007. While at college Tyler served as Battalion Commander for his ROTC unit and earned many awards including the George C. Marshall award.

Tyler was commissioned as a Lieutenant in the Aviation branch “Above the Rest” of the U.S. Army on May 12, 2007. Tyler was currently stationed at Fort Rucker, Alabama and was a helicopter pilot preparing for advanced training for the OH-58D Kiowa Warrior in February. Prior to his commitment to the U.S. Army, Tyler was a dedicated camp counselor and leader for many years at Camp Minikani, Hubertus, Wisconsin.

Tyler loved travel, adventure, theatre, movies, music and most of all, surrounding himself with his ever expanding world-wide network of great family and friends.
